The reason we use courier deliveries wherever possible is so that we can offer our customers a fast guaranteed next day delivery service as well as the ability to track the delivery at any time. I know that this delivery option is not always ideal for everybody due to the signature being required and I am really sorry that it is this aspect that has caused the delay. As a valued customer we would always try our upmost and do everything in our power to try to help and resolve the situation. Quality and reliability are extremely important to us, so it is really disappointing to hear that you have been let down by one of our products. Our own brand compatible cartridges should perform to the same standard as the original cartridges so I can only presume the cartridge you received has a chip error of some sort. As with all of our own brand cartridges we offer a 2 year guarantee that covers all aspects of quality and performance. We will always do anything we can to help so I would be more than happy to raise a return for the cartridge. I can send you a new cartridge out today or alternatively we can get this refunded in full. Again I am really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.
