Hi, We can see the order was placed on the Friday 16th of April 2021 & the Grass is out for delivery today (Wednesday 21st April 2021). Within 3 working days of the order being placed to delivery being made. Email communication has been sent to the email address provided- however often this can go into spam. Hi, Emails are sent with notification of tracking information. You ordered the goods on Friday 9th of April 2021 & item was delivered to you Wednesday 14th of April 2021 (within 3 working days of Ordering). Often emails of notification of delivery may end up in spam. Please see emails. In addition to this the courier sends a text message on the day of delivery - to inform buyers of the delivery.
