We're sorry to hear that the staff you met at the senior living community hadn't yet read the tour alert we'd sent immediately after the appointment was scheduled. Likewise, we're disappointed to hear that you had an issue with receiving senior care information via email. While our emails include a link to unsubscribe, we also offer unsubscribe support via phone and email -- typically honoring such requests within a matter of hours. Thank you for letting us know that you didn't receive this standard rapid response -- our apologies for any inconvenience and frustration you experienced as a result.
