Very helpful!
The person was very nice on the phone. Listened to what my needs were. And i immediately got a couple of emails from her advising me what i need to ask and giving me a list of assisted living...

Appointments were an issue.
The information was fine, but they set up appointments without checking with us first. Ended up taking time to cancel the appointments and caused confusion with the care centers.
