Thanks for your feedback and the good rating despite the delay. I appreciate we're not perfect so wanted to look into this for you. I note that on receipt of your last required document provided on 19 March, we could then submit the application and the mortgage offer was received on 25 April. We try our absolute best to obtain an offer within 3 weeks of receiving all supporting documents and do accept with it taking 5 weeks, there was some delay on this.
