Hvordan samles Feefo-anmeldelsene inn?

Edinburgh

I had to pay nearly double the price, I wanted a single room, had to pay for a double, booked close to the holiday, that room would have been empty!!

Thank you for taking the time to post your review; we appreciate your feedback. It is disappointing to read that not all aspects of your break were to your full satisfaction and enjoyment, and we would welcome the opportunity to discuss this further with you. Please could you kindly email us at customerservices@caledonian.com with your feedback, quoting your holiday booking reference number, if possible please, and one of the team will come back to you. Thank you
