Sorry to hear that you have been having problems accessing your CakeFlix membership. When the Free offer Coupon was launched some users experienced an issue using the discount code. You notified us of the problem you were having on: Jan 10 22:21 We worked out the issue and provided a reply, which included the 3 months Free access on: Jan 11 10:43. Your access remains live now for the duration of the offer and our hope in a speedy response and solution would have shown a better service rating. We all make mistakes, some may consider a 12 hour turnaround to get your Free access live, to be worth more than a 1 star rating. However, as with all open reviews, you are entirely entitled to your opinion. Beat of luck with your onward cake journey. Kind regards David
