Thanks for your feedback. Paul is working on his modelling and plans to attend sculpting school soon so he can start to share through his tutorials. I´ve passed your feedback on so that will give him the push to get his course booked :-)

Paul usually gives approximate pricing in the Pro lesson, but a rough rule of thumb is to work out your ingredient costs which should be approximately 30% of the price of the cake. That leaves 30% for Overheads, 30% for your time and 10% for profit (tax) :-)
Love Paul's classes and the guest teachers as well, especially Valentina's figurines. Find David's Pro courses very interesting and I am learning quite a lot.
