Hvordan samles Feefo-anmeldelsene inn?

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We're genuinely sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced with the delivery and installation of your shed. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to arrange time off work based on the agreed schedule, only for the installation not to go ahead as planned. While we aim to coordinate delivery and installation as smoothly as possible, in this case, it’s clear that communication fell short, and for that, we sincerely apologise. Please be assured that your experience has been shared with the relevant teams so we can continue to improve our service and avoid similar issues in the future. Once again, we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused and thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your delivery. We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive limited updates, a delayed delivery outside of the agreed time window, and a split delivery across separate days — especially so late in the evening. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. We have passed your comments on to our carrier partner for further investigation, as we work closely with them to improve service standards and ensure such situations are avoided in future. Thank you again for bringing your concerns to our attention.
