Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the shed did not meet your expectations and that you experienced issues with the quality of some components. We take great care in ensuring our products meet high standards, and it is disappointing to learn that this was not your experience. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by incorrect pieces and the condition of the wood and felt. Your comments about the pressure treatment and the need for additional felt are especially concerning, and we will be investigating this matter further with our supplier.
