Good people to deal with

Communication and delivery was excellent, we had to make some slight adjustments to a few parts and the hinges were missing, but good end result, recommended.

Ok shed. Terrible delivery experience

The driver turned up in a complete grump, complaining that he had been up since 4am. Like that was my fault. He parked his van on the road and said in no uncertain terms that he was only allowed to...

Thank you for your feedback. After looking into your case further, it would seem the driver was asked to take the delivery to the back garden, as we are a kerbside delivery service, the driver could not do this. He also reported a large vehicle was parked on the drive, and he did not want to risk damage to either the vehicle or the building. I can see you have been in contact with our customer service team, if you did need anything else, please let us know!

Good service

It all went as planned. All the parts were present with the order. We were well informed about delivery and knew what to expect. The instruction booklet could have been a bit clearer though.
