Diabolical. Will never use again. When goods not delivered do not respond to emails, so called premium rate phone number to be cut off. Do not have system to track order. Will never use again.

It was not the quickest but because of the product purchased, it was acceptable. Have not used the Log Splitter yet but it gives the impression of being acceptable?

I have now had the opportunity of using the log splitter on a few occasions and have found it to be practically next to useless. It refuses to split any log bigger than a branch size and my logs are of a standard size and supplied by my supplier as suitable for my small log burner. This purchase was a waste of money and not what I expected from a reputable seller like The Telegraph Shop!

The machine is cheap and totally in adequate. Shame on The Telegraph Shop for lending their name to this product. Very disappointed.
