The service from Blue Bird is excellent i have had quite a bit from them and the goods have got here quite quickly i shall certainly be ordering again from them if i need anything

Wheelchair ordered, and paid for by debit card, (on website,) received damaged - returned and a replacement sent/received. Then received a letter asking for payment of said item, payment by now...

Thank you for your feeback. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by this mix up. Our admin staff are generally very accurate indeed so I must apologise that we have inadvertently sent another chair. I have checked your account and can confirm that the account is now clear. We do taker measures to ensure that mistakes of this nature are kept to a minimum but sadly human error does intervene. Thank you for your feedback and I am really sorry for the delivery problems you have encountered; this type of service is not acceptable. We entrusted your parcel in good faith to our couriers and unfortunately they let us down. This was most certainly not up to our usual standards. Normally when we give a delivery timescale we stick to it and indeed in most cases parcels arrive sooner than promised. Once again I apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.
