Hi there, Thank you for your patience. We have reviewed the sales and subsequent interactions and acknowledge that you had disclosed the 2024 incident during your initial conversation with our sales representative. However, this information was not recorded in our system at the time the policy was issued. We recognise that this contributed to the situation and understand your concern about being advised of an additional premium several months after inception. The subsequent handling of your concerns could also have been better, particularly in terms of providing a clearer explanation and demonstrating greater understanding of your concerns. Your feedback has been taken seriously, and the relevant processes are being reviewed with the team to minimise similar situations occurring. We will be reaching out to you separately to address the resolution of this matter. Thank you for bringing your experience to our attention.
