Customer services team excellent
Customer services team excellent but they need to sort out their returns arrangements - v cumbersome compared to the best online retailers.

I don’t like the quality of the shoe. Been eating my feet up since I bought them. For the price you pay for Alexander McQueen shoes, you’d expect a good quality but I would wear Adidas over these....

I found the lady (Stephanie?) I spoke to very unhelpful and almost officious in her manner. I rang 3/4 times to try to sort delivery of an item over £1000 and she really did not have the right...

Bad after selling service. Will not come back again after this time.
I lost my over 11000 Australian dollar’s parcel which I bought from Browns. Browns charged all Money then tell me will do investigation for 2-6 weeks. Their deliver man is extremely irresponsible....
