Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback and to speak with me this morning on the phone. I do hope we have resolved the issue now.

Our renewals are done automatically and uploaded to the Petplan Sanctuary website within the account area and an email is sent around 20 days before.

Employers Liability had a total net increase of £20 across the board, this is the first time it has increased for 9 years!
