The ordering process was quite simple. While brookes did not have the product in stock that I requested, They worked with me on an acceptable alternative.

Many thanks for your comments, Its our policy only to take one payment, obviously there has been some confusion over your transaction. I will certainly investigate your comments. I can see for your records you have purchased a number of times over the past few years without trouble. I would like to add that I have used Brookes many times in the past few years and their service (prior to my comments on the 8th July) has always been extremely efficient. The goods are sent quickly and if something doesn't fit then the refund is credited back on my card quickly too. When I have been searching for items of workwear and queried styles/fit of blouses, a reply to my email has always been speedily sent.

They have a very good range of what I call 'basic essential' clothing; high quality at a very competitive price. Ordering is easy on the web site and delivery is timely.
I have always found the Brookes service to be efficient, complete, correct and my orders have arrived quickly. I like dealing with them, they get it right for me.
