Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that you were disappointed by the accommodation allocated to you by Haven Littlesea, although we are glad to hear that you still enjoyed your holiday. However, BreakFree Holidays does not allocate accommodation, this process is entirely carried out by the park and so you would be best to discuss this with them. We will pass your feedback on to Haven for you but we would advise that you put your complaint and request for recompense in writing to them directly, via email or letter. BreakFree Holidays

Our aim at BreakFree is to provide great value holidays and accommodation. Quality is as important as value and we therefore expect our partners to provide facilities and accommodation which are - at a minimum - clean, comfortable and meets the criteria as described in the pre-booking information.
