Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I'm very sorry to hear that you still haven't received your parcel and appreciate how disappointing this wait must be. Having looked into this for you, I can see that a member of our team raised this with our international delivery partner, Global-e, on 18th September to request further information regarding the delay and an estimated delivery timeframe. Since then, Global-e have advised that they are still actively investigating this on your behalf. I can also see that the tracking has since been updated and shows that your parcel arrived in the destination country on 1st October and is currently being processed by the local carrier. To help move this forward, I have now escalated the matter with Global-e again to request further details about when delivery can be expected. Please be assured that we will continue to monitor this closely and keep you updated as soon as we receive any further information. Thank you for your patience, and again, our sincere apologies for the delay. Best wishes, The Brastop Team
