We are very sorry to hear this Nigel. This is one of our taller parking posts but this mistake should not have been made. No excuses. We are more than happy to come and rectify this problem free of charge, as soon as possible. Any issues or concerns like this we are only a phone call away. Unfortunately we didn't know about this until now, if we had we would always come and fix it right away, before any further problems arise.
