In response to your comments, 24 hour delivery was a service that we previously offered, but was unavailable at the time of your order. The error on the website was rectified quickly. As you had paid for the service of next day delivery we refunded you promptly once this issue was highlighted. Due to GDPR legislation we cannot issue a refund over the telephone and following company policy we require requests such as these in writing. Additionally, during busy periods dispatch can take up to 2 working days, this is reflected on our website and I am sorry if this information was relayed incorrectly to you over the phone.
