Hi Neil, thanks for the cracking review. :) We're glad you appreciate our overseas cover. We know how cyclists like to travel so knew we had to include worldwide cover as standard- then there's no excuse not to take that cheeky trip to Majorca to work on those tan lines (and hill climbs!)! We're glad you like our complementary DNA+ kits too. No one wants to have their bike stolen so we're keen to help deter would-be thieves as much as we can. Even if the bike is stolen- the kit can prove invaluable in getting the bike back to its rightful owner. Always a good thing.

Hi Elspeth, thanks for the lovely review. :) We're glad you appreciated the ease of our policy set-up process. We cover a lot of racers and so were keen to ensure that our policy covered all styles of riding as standard so that riders could ride with total peace of mind knowing, whatever type of riding they are doing, they are covered. Less time worrying about insurance- more time focussing on the ride!

Thanks for the great review, Tim. We'd like to think our customers would be hard pushed to find as comprehensive a policy at such good value. 

That's because you are an individual, Neil. No one on this earth is exactly the same so we always treat everyone as the individual they are and do our utmost to help them, whatever their needs. No one likes to be treated as a number and, frankly, we would hate to treat our customers like numbers. What's more it's always nice to have a chat with fellow cyclists and help them out as best we can. :)

He was keen to make it as simple and easy to use as possible- looks like he's done a good job so far! We appreciate that things change all the time- people move house, change numbers, get new bikes (n+1!), etc. so we were keen to have a system which reflected this and made it as simple and easy as possible to change details.
