Bare kunder med kjøpsbevis kan legge igjen en Feefo-anmeldelse. Vi kvalitetssikrer dette ved å ta kontakt med kjøperne rett etter transaksjonen.

Vi kontrollerer at anmeldelsene kommer fra ekte kunder ved å knytte dem til et salg eller en transaksjon. Folk inviteres bare til å legge igjen en anmeldelse etter at de har kjøpt noe fra virksomheten.

Average tech means average customer service

Took quite a long time to get a decision on my claim (about a month), and it was occasionally difficult to get through on the phone. There's no way to stay on hold if they're busy, they just cut you...

We would ordinarily aim for quicker than a 3 week turnaround, but I'm pleased to hear that you were happy with the end result. Apologies also for any difficulties you had reaching us on the phone. Our hold times are limited to 2 minutes in an effort to avoid long delays. If an agent is unavailable to take your call, please leave us a voicemail message and we'll phone you back at the earliest available opportunity.

Thanks James. To be fair I did leave two voicemail messages and sent an email but no one from Bikmo responded (until I managed to get through myself). I would suggest it's probably easier to just have an option of waiting on hold, as it's a fairly frustrating experience to be cut off and not receive a call back.
