friendly personnel, but very poor connection
Responsive customer service, but very poor speeds - upload about 0.5mB. I was promised a faster connection if I moved to a new satellite system, but the reality is worse than my old one.very

Appreciate that in my difficult location I have internet at all.
Possibility monthly GBites amount, but pity that, the not used bites can't be transferred for the next month.
