Installer left all rubbish where last used. Still don't get proper broadband service. Internet keeps dropping off

Good morning,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and for your patience while we gathered more information from our installers.
The packaging is not usually taken away by the installer as their vans would fill up very quickly due to the size of the boxes, however they should always be left neatly and in the original box.

Not good
Sorry but the system is not fit for purpose.
We have had to cancel after just one week as have our neighbours.
Can't use internet phone calls at all and was suspect for internet tv at best.

Very disappointing
System not working right after installation. No after sales support. Spent too long holding on to phone just to be cut off. Promised a call back to sort out issues but nothing. Very disappointing.
