Live talk kicks ***!
Being able to you live talks whilst abroad is excellent. Previously when iv had questions iv had to phone which can be costly abroad of email which often takes days

Covers everything I need, site crashed the first time I tried to take out the insurance which was kind of a pain, but in terms of what my policy covers, absolutely perfect.

Straight forward but you need to be singing from the same hymn sheet
Fairly straight forward but I was given conflicting information on my asthma. The medical line said I had to pay more, the adviser at Big Cat, and the FAQ pages said I didn't.

As discussed, the Medical Screening helpline will offer to screen anyone who calls them, they work with many different insurance providers. When contacted they assume you're choosing to declare your condition, even if it's already covered under our policy.
We are currently working on how to make this more clear to avoid confusion in the future.
