Although I have no complaints about their service, afterwards I realised I could have done it all myself a hell of a lot cheaper! You live and learn!

Thank you for your comments – we were pleased to read that you were happy with our level of service as we value our customers’ feedback very highly.
Whilst we appreciate that it is possible to travel to Italy cheaply, we pride ourselves on using highly rated hotels in city-centre locations and licensed private transfer companies, which bring the comfort and luxury that we want for our customers – albeit at a higher cost than lesser accommodation or unlicensed taxi firms that sadly prey on tourists. That said, we do appreciate that a competitive price is important, and by working directly with our suppliers, we strive to offer our customers the best price, whilst not compromising on service. In this way, we do feel that we offer customers significant value for money – for example, all of our customers are assigned a travel expert, who is on-hand before the vacation to offer advice and is also available 24 /7 if any help is required during the holiday. In addition, our vacation packages come with full financial protection, as well as ABTA and ATOL protection, giving our customers the security and peace of mind that would not be available with a DIY holiday.
That said, we would like to thank you for your comments and we will use your feedback to motivate us further to look for more ways that we can offer the best value for money, as well as the luxury service that our customers expect from Bellarome.
