Thanks for your review. Our new website has been live for a few weeks now, it's a big change for us and there have been one or two early problems unfortunately. We're working to improve it daily and it should be easier to navigate very soon, the filter system in particular is far more effective than on our previous site. Thanks for your review. I'm very sorry you had problems with making a payment on our new website. There were a few teething troubles but these have now been rectified. You can still just phone us with your details if you wish to pay by debit card, there's no need for a trip to the bank. The latest batch of magnetic clasps have not been up to our previous standard I'm afraid, we had to find a new supplier for this item and have taken the issue up with them. As always if you're unhappy with a product for any reason please return it for a full refund. Kind regards, Kat Turner
