Thanks for your positive feedback in respect of our service and the negative feedback in respect of the product purchased. Sadly it seems that the product on this occasion, didn't quite meet your previous experience of the same garment.
Annoying as this is, sadly the whole sizing of clothing across all brands is a global issue and inconsistencies we all know, drive us all insane and that's pretty much across every brand known to mankind. Brands will always "improve" their garments and change their factories for the construction all of which have an impact on production and we of course, have absolutely no control over that decision making process.
In this case, the product appears to be significantly larger in design than had previously been purchased a few years back and therefore those manufacturer improvements in this situation, have not been favourable.
However, all is not lost and we have emailed you a FREE returns label to enable you to send the items back to us and we will gladly replace these with the smaller size that hopefully will be of a similar sizing structure to the purchase made previously.
Apologies for any inconvenience caused and initial disappointment and sincerely hope we can resolve the product issue to your complete satisfaction.
