Hi,
Firstly, I am sorry to read your comments below with regards to our Mani Backpack Changing Bag.
Our products are manufactured from the finest of materials that provide adequate protection to certain weather elements as the fabrics we use are specially coated with a water resistant backing that will not allow rain water to penetrate the outer fabric of the bag, however please be advised we have NOT advertised our products as 'Waterproof' as such products would require welded seams, waterproof zippers and openings which would make the product considerably expensive to purchase.
Based on your feedback comments and your lifestyle, I would suggest to purchase an 'outdoor' bag from a reputable outdoor store that can provide the features stated above.

Firstly, we are sorry to read about your experience with our customer service and products. At BabaBing! we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and the quality of our products, as can be seen from the majority of positive reviews we receive.
Unfortunately in this instance we were unable to verify your warranty claim, as the BQ/serial number you provided was from a batch we sold out of in 2018. I hope you can sympathise that it is impossible for us to validate your warranty claim and send a replacement bag based on this information.
We have requested further information for you to provide on the bag in order to assist with your case, however we have not as of yet received it. If you contact info@bababing.com with this information we will do our best to resolve this.
With regards to your refund, as this changing bag was out of stock and you required a changing bag at the time, we advised we would refund this amount so that you could purchase a changing bag that was in stock. As a company, in no way we would turn away any BabaBing customer as we value all BabaBing customers and fully appreciate the trust they place in us as a company.

I ordered a baby bag. As soon as the order was processed I was informed straight away that it would be delayed. The supplier keep his word and the baby bag was delivered on the new date promised....
