With regards to your order, I was informed by our service team that an email was sent advising you of your order status and that a full refund would be given should you wish to cancel your order including your next day delivery charge. Furthermore, our service team also advised me that a banner was placed on the product on our website to advise the latest delivery date for customers interested in purchasing this product prior to purchase.

The Bababing team were really helpful with getting the Raffi pram to us during lockdown. They were able to deliver it directly to us to save us travelling to the shop. And they were very responsive...
