As this item has not been received, a product review cannot be made at this stage.
I ordered a backpack from Bababing and when I placed the order there was no mention of it being a pre-order or that the item wasn't currently in stock.
When I emailed them two weeks later they...
It is impossible to review if I have been waiting for 3 weeks for order

I am sorry to read your service feedback below. Here at BabaBing we pride ourselves on the very best customer service! After reviewing your order and speaking with our sales team, I have been advised that they tried to contact you using the details on your order confirmation advising this item went out of stock, and therefore requested further information from yourself with regards to advising keeping the order on 'back order' or providing a full refund. However, after sending various emails and phone calls, a response was not made?
I sincerely apologize this product went out of stock at the time of your order due to this product being extremely popular.

I only received 2 emails to give feedback. and I want a record of call attempts. they never called me. that is a lie on your part. if the product is sold out you should say on the website. it continues the sale. Hi,
As you have not received the order due to reasons stated in the service review, I feel a product review would not be justified at this stage.
Since I live outside the UK I purchased from Bababing online and been provided with excellent customer service. Bababing team are very willing to assist and provide excellent after sales service.

I am so sorry to read your recent review below. With regards to your order, please can you advise that you were made aware of the banner on the product page at the time stating this order would be dispatched at the end of May?
Unfortunately, due to issues beyond our control with regards to the late deliveries of containers from our suppliers, shipping dates have been affected which i can only apologise for. We have made extensive efforts to contact our customers who have ordered this particular product in order to keep them up to date with shipping timescales.
