I did order one item 2 weeks ago They did not deliver yet. They are saying I have to wait another two more weeks. Please don’t buy item from them you will be disappointed.

Hi,
I am sorry to read your review with regards to the HUB Baby Swing. Unfortunately at the time of your order, the HUB Baby Swing went out of stock due to it's popularity. An email would have been sent in which to advise you of this of which would have provided an option to you with regards to keeping your order on 'back order' or providing you a full and immediate refund. Please check all email folders to ascertain you received this email ok.

There was a slight issue with our order when it arrived. I contacted customer service as they replied back so quickly with a solution. One happy customer!
I recieved the wrong item through the post and still haven't had a response from the company to resolve the issue. I ordered a changing bag and got a changing mat instead! Absolutely fuming!

Great service I broke my charger for the electric swing chair I got a quick response and they sent me out a new one and made it very easy for me.

Many thanks for your review with regards to our SORM Backpack Changing Bag. This bag has been specifically designed for the fashion concious parent/guardian with a great deal of research being applied to users using this kind of changing bag. Whilst speaking to previous and new customers, many requested a fashionable baby changing bag that still had all the necessary baby essentials (i.e. changing mat, bottle holder, loads of pockets, etc) yet must be very lightweight for comfort and long journeys whilst walking. The SORM changing bag is all of these things and yet should we have provided a reinforced structure within the bag itself then weight would be compromised significantly.
The SORM has been an ever popular bag since its launch and we at BabaB!ng are continuing to strive for further success in terms of developing our current and new range of products further, and therefore your comments are very much appreciated.
