Thank you for your comment Unfortunately, there has been an increase in premiums across the insurance industry due to a number of reasons, including rising claims costs and high court awards.
The majority of customers across all companies are seeing price increases as a result. At AXA we try our best to minimise these increases, while still offering a great product to suit our customers needs.

Yes I can, i' m 5 week's trying to covey to customer support that I require an updated statement of facts regarding my vehicle specific details. No joy so far !

I can confirm that the vehicle description on your policy now reads as Kuga Titanium 2wd TDCI and I have messaged the policy that the more accurate details of Titanium, TDCI 120BHP S6M6 5DR 2WD.
