Hello Giuseppe. Thanks for renewing your policy with us again. I'm sorry to see you were unclear on how a claim is listed and how it can affect your policy. If we're able to recover all costs from another insurer the claim will usually be settled as non-fault. If we're unable to recover those costs then your policy pays for the work to repair your car. That can affect your No Claims Discount level but it's great to see you chose the additional No Claims Discount Protection which means that your level on No Claims Discount will remain the same if you have one fault claim in a policy year or two fault claims in three consecutive policy years.
