I apologise you were unhappy with our auto renewal service.
It is mentioned in the renewal that we will automatically renew your policy if we do not hear from you. As we did not hear from you, we automatically renewed same.
We do this to ensure our customers have the easiest possible renewal service and also to ensure our customers are never left without cover.
I have sent your details to the renewals team to call you to discuss the cancellation of your renewal.
