I have reviewed your policy and can see that the initial quote was processed by yourself online and the quote was based on you having 6 years driving experience. Once the policy was incepted we requested proof of the 6 years that were proposed to us. We then received a 3 year no claims bonus from you and requested the remaining 3 years in order to finalise your policy. You then advised us that you could only provide the 3 years no claims bonus.
The additional premium requested was due to the information provided in your initial quote, which was based on incorrect terms. When these terms were clarified or updated, it resulted in an adjustment to the premium. We always aim to be transparent and fair, and we regret any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.
I can confirm that your policy has now been successfully cancelled as requested and if you need any further assistance in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us.
