Avventure bellissime srl-anmeldelser

Thank you for your feedback - we are very pleased you enjoyed the gondola so much! Thak you for booking with us!

Dear Tim ,

Thank you for your feedback and we are very sorry the tour did not meet your expectations. I agree with you that our ghost tour is not comparable with other ghost tours operated especially in northern countries , like for instance Britain or Scotland , or in some USA cities , on the other side  the context ( city ) and its history is quite different and offers less traditional " ghostly scenarios " than  we can find in other countries -

This said , we feature quite a few ghost stories peppered with legends and with some historical information  as well -

Anyhow bottom line is that you did not enjoy the tour and therefore please get in touch with Avventure Bellissime via email at info@tours-italy.com and we will give you a compensation for your negative experience  -

Kind Regards

Monica

Dear Shirley, Thank you so much for your feedback about our Semi-Private 10 days package featuring Rome, Amalfi coast, Florence and Venice. I hope you will decide to visit us again! I will be happy to forward your feedback to our drivers and guides and the hotels–if you would like to share your comments or perhaps some pics from your trip on our FB page you are more than welcome! Dear Ted, thank you for your comments about our Small group day tour to Pompeii and Amalfi coast from Rome - it's one of our most popular tours given the itinerary and we are glad to read you enjoyed your time on the coast. We will forward your comments to our driver-guide and we look forward to welcoming you on our tours again in the future! Kind regards, Aleksandra/ Sales Dept/

Dear Mary,  thank you for your feedback about our combo Venice in a day tour combining w walking tour with a boat tour along the grand canal We are pleased to read you enjoyed exploring Venice from the water and we thank for appreciating our guide's knowledge. On our tours we use only the most knowledgeable and expert guides so the feeback about the walking tour is a little bit suprising. As we had more than one guide on that day perhaps you could forward the guide's name to us and specify more thoroughly why you believe the delivery was not completely satisfactory. We are always open to new suggestions from our customers and we look forward to receiving your comments. Kind regards, Aleksandra, Sales Dept
