Avventure bellissime srl-anmeldelser

Thank you for your feedback. We have been experiencing an usual heat wave these past days - unfortunately we can't control the weather. Our guides normally try to conduct tours as much in the shade as possible. We are open to any suggestions in regards to tour contents if you believe improvements are needed.

Thank you for your feedback - I am pleased to read you enjoyed our Venice tours, especially the Doges Palace tour and the Canal tour. The contents of each tour usually don't overlap, on the walking tours we provide the headsets so that you can hear the guide better. At the begining of each walking tour we do sound check - did you ask for assistance with your headset to hear the guide better? I understand that overall you are satisfied with the experience? Thank you for booking with us!

Thank you for your positive comments, I am very pleased it was a perfect experience and I have already forwarded your comments to the guide. Thank you for booking with Avventure Bellissime!

Thank you for your feedback, this is a general tour of Venice at a very affordable cost, usually with max 22/24 people per guide. We offer also other small group or private tour options at a higher cost so we recommend contacting our sales team for guidance which tour would best suit your requirements. The headsets are provided specifically to allow you to hear the guide clearly and before we depart we always do the sound check to make sure everyone can hear clearly. Our guides usually carry a spare pair of headsets in case you need to change your headsets for some technical reason.

Thank you for the 5-stars review, we appreciate it! I will certainly forward your comments to the guides. Thank you for booking with us!

Thank you for the 5-star feedback, we are pleased you enjoyed the tour. Please note the tour operated with an English speaking guide and a private water-taxi, there was no gondolier included - perhaps you refer to another tour you booked with us?

Thank you so much for your positive feedback! The tour explores less touristy parts of Venice and is certainly recommended to anyone who wishes to see a different, more authentic Venice. I have already forwarded your comments to the guide and I hope you will tour with us again in the future!
