Thank you so much for your enthusiastic feedback! I have already forwarded your comments to the two guides you mentioned, they are very customer-friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for booking with us!

Thank you for your positive feedback! Francesca is a very experienced guide and an expert on Ancient archeology. I am happy to read the tour was wonderful and you enjoyed exploring the Colosseum and Roman Forum with her. The books she uses to illustrate how the Colosseum changed are definitely a plus. September is very busy in tourism as it's peak season so the Colosseum are is at times pretty crowded but I understand you found the guide eventually. Thank you for booking with us!

Thank you for your feedback. I understand that overall you are satisfied with the tour and the stories shared were engaging and interesting. We are always open to discuss so if you have any suggestions regarding tour contents do not hesitate to contact us directly!

Thank you for your positive feedback. I am very happy all the guides were knowledgeable and professional, I am sure you learnt a lot of interesting facts and anecdotes about Venice. I am sorry that you missed the first tour, I preusme you contacted us later for the tickets and managed to visit the Doges Palace independently? It is possible to come on a stand-by basis on the following day in case you miss a tour and if we have any spots left we will accommodate you. Thank you for booking with Avventure Bellissime!

Thank you for positive feedback - I am happy to read you are satisfied with the tour contents and guide's performance. Thank you for choosing our company!

Thank you for your comments. These are the instructions that we provide on both our tour vouchers as well as our website: Meeting PointEntrance to the Royal Gardens on the water front of St. Marks Square. From St. Marks facing the Basilica turn right and walk towards the open water. At the two giant columns facing the water turn right, and following the line of trees after a 100 metres you will come to the entrance of the Royal Gardens where we will be waiting holding a sign with Grand Canal Boat Tour written on it The tour meets right next to a big iron gate which is the entrance to the Royal Garden. We have a sign with our company's logo as well as tour name written on it so it's actually quite easy to locate us. The tour doesn't meet inside the Garden but at the entrance so any periodical maintenance taking place inside has no relevance as the meeting point location is always the same. I am not sure what type of email was expected unless you are refering to the email with the tour voucher that was sent at the email address provided on the reservation? Please clarify. As you gave us four stars for the tour I understand the tour itself was satisfactory and informative? Thank you for joining!

I am sorry to read you are not fully satisfied with the tour. The duration of this boat tour is just one hour and given its title the main focus is the Grand Canal. It includes some of the minor canals as well. I understand however that the guide and local staff were helpful and informative? We suggest contacting us prior booking to check available options - we also have a two-hours tour that features also minor canals as well as many secret corners of Venice. If you ever return to Venice please contact our sales team for help in selecting most suitable tours based on your requirements. Thank you for joining our tour!
