Frustrating

I have found dealing with Aviva frustrating. As requested I provided proof on NCD from my previous insurance and over 5 weeks later I'm still been asked to produce proof of NCD from 2016 and 2015....

Good deal but admin inefficiencies

Had a good experience purchasing insurance but follow up paperwork was very unsatisfactory as in being asked for documents already provided and being kept for 40 minutes on phone trying to prove...
