By mistake, we let our insurance lapse - for a period of 9 hours. We had difficulty renewing and, in the end, ended up paying Euro150 more than the original quote for the same product.

Staff very helpful but the person I spoke with did not tell me that I could get a reduction by applying online. I only discovered this when I decided to do an online quote to compare prices
