Too much focus on the clients and not enough on candidates

1. Interview prep could have been a lot better. I had to research far more about the general business...

I did indeed speak with the MD regarding the issues I raised. That sort of service from a company is indeed excellent (will be raising the number of stars).
From the discussion the head of the firm 'gets it' and I did not have to suggest appropriate corrections, they did, which is good.
I would therefore modify by feedback to consider this to be a matter of getting the flow of management instruction and training to staff done correctly. This can actually be quite hard sometimes so... 4 out of 5.
