Mistaken price quote
The first price quoted was so high I rejected the trip but a second call said that the first one was mistaken so I booked the holiday.

HELPFUL AND EFFICIENT
They have been helpful and efficient, recommended a good travel insurance company and generally been very pleasant to deal with.
