Was delivered to the billing address not the delivery address - luckily this wasn't an issue for us but could potentially be a problem for other customers. Products are as expected.

It looks as though when your order was initially placed on our website the billing address was selected as the delivery address and the delivery the billing. I can confirm after contacting your office to check this with your colleague that we have now updated your account for you.

When you next place an order your billing address will default to the address requested and you will then just need to select the required delivery address using the dropdown selection.

Hi Claire and apologies for the delivery problems you have experienced with your order.

I can see from our records that your order was placed on 1/9/17 and should have been delivered on 4/9/17. As the order was initially placed on a Friday we wouldn’t have been able to deliver your goods within 24 hours as we don’t make deliveries on weekends.

Unfortunately on this occasion we were unaware that your goods had not been delivered as the courier failed to inform us that your parcel had been lost. The first we knew of the issue is when you contacted us chasing your delivery at which point a new order was processed which is out for delivery today and your initial delivery cost refunded for the inconvenience caused.

I’m sorry to hear that on this occasion you are unhappy with the outcome and again apologise for any inconvenience caused.
