Rubbish customer service, send automated emails with completely inaccurate information on - would tell you that you were getting your car end of April, then it would get to end of April then they...

Great service at point of placing order, after that very disappointing

Requested an update on my delayed vehicle and was not called back on at least three separate occasions. I started to contact BMW directly as a result.

Really bad

The communication is non-existent, kept on having issues with setting up the account, DD was not set up so I have to pay 2 months together. I will not recommend AMT and will not use them again
