As per the significant correspondence we have had since you placed your order we are sorry if you feel the item was not as expected and the returns information was unclear. However, I will reiterate that the item dispatched was correct and the one you ordered (I will of course except that the item may not have been the one you saw in Selfridges); this item was sent correctly and delivered on time. Once we concluded our telephone conversation we arranged a courier collection and issued a refund to you immediately, as per our terms and conditions. We believe we offer the best customer service possible but our patience gets worn out when we are accused of ‘lying’. Regards, Andrew
