I am ever so sorry to hear you did not have a great experience booking something in with us. This is definitely not the experience we wish for our customers to have. We would like for you to have a smooth booking process and then a great time away! We have recently changed our corporate discount which is where the confusion would have been, so I do apologise about that, it is new to some people but I can assure you they have been fully trained on this now.
We work very closely with the call centre so I will personally make sure that your comments are passed over and that this should not happen in the future.

Straightforward to book, disappointing that you can only book 3 rooms on each booking meaning I had to do the process twice, which then triggered them phoning me to check it wasn't a duplicate

Great first experience and introduction to our stay.
Assistant was lovely and called me back when I could find some information I needed. Really patient and also gave me lots of information about other ideas for me stay.

I couldn't get the booking done online so called the booking hotline. I must say the lady was first class and very friendly with great information. Five star service.
