Good customer service - short wait time on phones
Listened carefully, and sent me the email quickly with instructions to register online that I was requesting, and explained why and how to register.

Great value, but dodgy web page.
Price and cover seems excellent to me, however, web page was not operating correctly, therefore had to phone up and had double payed.
