Although I had some initial issues, once Alan Stobbarts picked up on the review, Steve, the General Manager contacted me by telephone and then subsequently came out to see me at my house, to apologise and also to help support with an issue that had developed with my oil tank. Steve was very helpful and also apologetic about my previous issues, which has restored my faith that Alan Stobbarts do care about their customers and the service they deliver. As a result I have updated my rating and review.
